Hampton's Focus in 2025
When you’re a founder, every moment counts. So, we're sharing how Hampton can reduce your effort and increase your value in 2025.
When you’re a founder, every moment counts. You’re juggling scaling your business, solving challenges, and building meaningful connections.
Hampton exists to make that journey smoother, faster, and more impactful.
Our team recently gathered our community for an annual Town Hall. (You can check out the presentation here).
We’ve heard your feedback (yes, all those Slack messages, post-retreat surveys, and casual chats at events go somewhere!), and we’re responding with the same urgency.
Buckle Up – We’re Moving Fast
Our host of exciting changes and updates is designed to help you build more meaningful, deep connections within Hampton — all built around three major themes:
- Show Up: Enhancing in-person connections to bring the community closer. Learn more about Showing Up here.
- Do Your Biz: Tools and resources to make building your business alongside Hampton effortless. Learn more about doing your business here.
- Paid Out: Rewarding the incredible members who grow and support our network. Learn more about paying it forward here.
Here’s what’s coming down the pike:
Show Up
You’ve told us loud and clear: Nothing beats in-person connections. So we’re making it easier than ever to show up face-to-face:
- IRL Core Groups: Virtual groups are still great, but if you prefer in-person groups, we’ve got you covered. Cities like New York, Austin, Los Angeles, and more now have in-person core groups, and we plan to expand even further. More connection. More value.
- Streamlined Core Group Retreats: Planning group retreats is a logistical headache.
Thanks to our partnership with Boompop, you can plan your group’s retreat in a click. Hit them up – share your vision (activities, budget, location, etc.)– and voila! Boompop will handle the rest. - Affinity Groups: You want to connect with members over shared passions or challenges. Whether it’s AI innovation, parenting, or hobbies you’re passionate about, we're launching "Affinity Groups" --smaller, informal groups that will let you connect with like-minded members on a deeper level.
- 110 IRL Events in 2025: You crave more in-person events to strengthen local ties. That’s right—110 events are already planned for next year, from intimate dinners to curated retreats with Hampton’s best and brightest.
- A Packed Retreat Calendar: From ski trips to leadership workshops and beyond, our 2025 retreat lineup has something for everyone. Your schedule gets booked out, so we lined up our retreats early enough for you to lock in the dates.

Do Your Biz
We want our members to receive the maximum value possible. One of the most valuable aspects of our community is how we connect founders, build relationships, and enable breakthroughs.
We want Hampton to be more than just a community—we want it to facilitate action.
So, we’re giving you the tools, support, and connections you need to scale faster and smarter.
Here’s what’s coming:
- Concierge Program: At Hampton, you're one degree of separation away from your next breakthrough moment. But finding the proper connection or expert within Hampton can feel overwhelming. Our new concierge program (launching in Q2) is here to fast-track your access to the right people and insights you need most.
- Individualized Member Support: If you have Hampton-related questions, you may need help figuring out where to turn. Soon, every member will have a dedicated Slack help channel (help—[Your Name]). Have a question? Just ask Howard Hampton. They’ll resolve it. If you prefer email, that works, too.
- Slack Exchange Digest: We understand that Slack sometimes feels like drinking water from a hosepipe. It can be overwhelming. That’s why we’re launching a digest feature that delivers daily, weekly, or monthly updates tailored to your interests.
- Reorganized Slack: We started with chapter walls in Slack. However, they limit cross-member interaction and local connections. So, moving forward, we're reimagining Slack to focus on IRL and water coolers. This idea is to encourage IRL connections and eliminate chapter silos.
- Mobile App Launch: Accessing Hampton via web browsers feels clunky. Our app, coming in Q1, will make accessing Hampton seamless. It will offer better login, better navigation, and all your Hampton tools in one place. To reduce the effort you spend engaging in Hampton.

Paid Out
A large reason why Hampton has been so successful is because you give us incredible referrals (and we'd like to keep it that way). We want to incentivize you.
That’s exactly why we're introducing a referral program that actually makes sense.
- 1 Referral = $$$ in retreat credits.
- 2 Referrals = $$$ retreat credits + $$$ off your renewal.
- 3 Referrals = $$$ retreat credits + $$$ off your renewal.
- 4+ Referrals = Free membership, retreat credits, and it keeps rolling into the next year.
We're finding ways that the community can grow from within the networks that exist.

2025: Built Together, for You
Every feature, event, and benefit reflects what you’ve told us you value most: connecting more intentionally with other Hampton members.
Please keep the feedback coming—the Slack messages, post-event surveys, and every casual conversation at a retreat help shape what we build next.
And if you’re as excited as we are about where Hampton is headed, well, you know where to find us.
Thanks for building this community with us.
Here’s to building faster, connecting deeper, and growing together in 2025.
Personally, I find being the CEO of a startup to be downright exhilarating. But, as I'm sure you well know, it can also be a bit lonely and stressful at times, too.
Because, let's be honest, if you're the kind of person with the guts to actually launch and run a startup, then you can bet everyone will always be asking you a thousand questions, expecting you to have all the right answers -- all the time.
And that's okay! Navigating this kind of pressure is the job.
But what about all the difficult questions that you have as you reach each new level of growth and success? For tax questions, you have an accountant. For legal, your attorney. And for tech. your dev team.
This is where Hampton comes in.
Hampton's a private and highly vetted network for high-growth founders and CEOs.
