This is a 3-day retreat that supercharges your entire Hampton journey. Led by expert facilitator and exited founder Angela Parker, you’ll dive into workshops and programming designed to give you a big impact in a short amount of time. Ex: tackle business challenges, get clear on leadership values, and take advantage of group accountability.

If this is year 1 of membership, Foundations Retreat is for you. You are not required to attend with your core group but if those are your people, then link up! If your peeps are in other cities and industries, touch base with them, or come solo.

In the first 6-12 months of your membership, this retreat will will super charge the impact of Hampton on you and your business.
No, you are not required to attend with your core group. In the past, members have used these retreats as a way to get together with their core group, which is fantastic.
You can also TB with the members you’re close or, come solo - either way you’ll be leaving with 40+ new friends!
Arrive no later than 3pm on Day 1. If you’d like to come in a day early, book a room directly with the Commodore Perry Estate.
The retreat will end at 12pm on Day 3. It is very important you stay for the duration of the retreat and do not leave early.

Yes, Hampton will be hosting a local event the night before the retreat, if you'd like to fly in a day early. Book your room directly with the Commodore Perry Estate.
As you have a private room, you’re welcome to bring a significant other, however please note this retreat is designed for members-only with programming kicking off daily at 7:30 am and ending at 10:00 pm.
Due to the extensive planning involved in retreats, refunds will only be given if you're able to find a member to replace you. Please reach out to AC Cogswell who can connect you with members on the waitlist.
Airfare & transportation to Commodore Perry Estate in addition to personal room charges or incidentals.
Yes, Facilitators can attend and pay as a guest, just as a member would.
No, we require all members to stay on-site. We chose Austin for its central location to minimize travel. Staying on the property ensures you're fully immersed in the retreat experience we’ve built and it maintains consistency for the full group.
