Here’s how we’re making it happen:


The Concierge Program: No More Guesswork (Coming Q2)

Sometimes, you just need someone to cut through the noise and get you where you need to go. 

That’s what the Concierge Program is all about—curated intros, tailored advice, and actual solutions.

Here’s how it works:

  • For if you need a connection-- Say you’re scaling up and need a recommendation for a top-tier production company. The concierge team will match you with members who’ve been there and done that.
  • When you face a challenge, whether it’s fundraising, hiring, or expanding into new markets, the team will connect you to the right experts within Hampton.
  • Follow-ups that matter: We don't just want to make introductions. The concierge team checks in to ensure the connection works and that you received what you needed.

One founder told us, “I made my money back in one call,” honestly, that’s the level we aim for when you’re busy running a business. 

You need fast, actionable help. We're lucky enough to have a phenomenal network of founders, and this program helps you tap into it effortlessly, save time, and make connections that move the needle.


Personalized Member Support: Always Have the Right Answer

Who do you message when you have a question about Hampton? Where do you go if you need help planning your next retreat or renewing your membership? We’re fixing that.

Starting in January, every member gets their own personalized Slack help channel. Think #help-yourname — your one-stop shop for questions, big or small.

  • Ask anything: From RSVP links to renewal timelines, drop your question and get an answer without jumping through hoops.
  • No more guesswork: Forget figuring out who to DM. Just pop into your help channel, and someone from the team will take care of it.
  • Email support, too: Do you prefer email over Slack? That works. We’re making sure support reaches you wherever you’re most comfortable.


Taming the Slack Beast

Let's be honest: Slack is excellent, but sometimes it feels like drinking from a fire hose.

Too many channels, too many updates, and not enough time to keep up. That’s why we’re launching the Slack Exchange in Q1.

  • Pick your topics: Subscribe to channels you care about—whether AI, fundraising, or industry-specific threads.
  • Set your schedule: Choose how often you want daily, weekly, or monthly updates.
  • Streamlined info: Get a curated digest of the conversations and insights that matter most to you.

No more sifting through endless threads. The Slack Exchange delivers the good stuff straight to your inbox on your terms.


Reorganizing Slack: Breaking Down Walls

For years, Slack chapters were the go-to way to organize members, but let’s be real—they’ve created more silos than connections. In 2025, we’re breaking those walls down.

  • Goodbye, chapters: We’re reorganizing Slack to focus on geography instead. Think local channels for cities like New York, Austin, and Miami.

  • Why it matters: You’ll now have easier access to connect with members in your area, plan meetups, and build IRL relationships.
  • More open access: Removing chapter barriers means more visibility, better collaboration, and a stronger sense of community across Hampton.

Hampton in Your Pocket: Seamless Access on the Go

Logging into Hampton through a browser is fine… but not exactly ideal. So we’re introducing the Hampton mobile app in Q1 to make everything simpler and faster.

  • Quick Login: Say goodbye to clunky logins and hello to seamless access.
  • Easy navigation: Find events, member directories, and resources in just a few taps.
  • Stay connected: The app keeps you plugged into the community, whether traveling or between meetings.

The app is about giving you Hampton’s whole experience right in your pocket.
