1. Consent to Receive Text Messages
By checking the applicable opt-in box(es) on our application or sign-up form and submitting your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Hampton VC LLC (“Hampton,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at the mobile number you provide. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
2. Types of Messages
Depending on the box(es) you select, you may receive:
- Marketing messages — promotional content, event invitations, membership offers, and other marketing communications.
- Non-marketing (transactional) messages — billing reminders, account updates, membership renewal notices, appointment confirmations, and other informational messages.

Message frequency may vary depending on your selections and your interactions with Hampton. You may receive recurring messages. We will not send more messages than reasonably necessary.

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Hampton is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
5. Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you opt out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

7. Supported Carriers
Messages may not be available on all carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Major U.S. carriers are supported, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint.
8. Privacy
Your phone number and opt-in data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information collected through our SMS program may be used to send you the messages you have consented to receive and to administer the program.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted to this page. Your continued receipt of and failure to opt out of text messages after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
