Refund Policy

New Members
a. A Deposit paid before the Membership Start Date is fully refundable until the Membership Start Date, when the Annual Membership Fee is charged and you are onboarded into the community. The Deposit is applied to your Initiation Fee and is refundable within 30 days of onboarding.
b. The Initiation Fee paid when joining is refundable within 30 days of payment. After 30 days, the Initiation Fee is no longer refundable in any circumstance.
c. The Annual Membership Fee is refundable within 30 days of payment. After 30 days, Annual Fees are eligible for a refund according to The Hampton Guarantee.
The Hampton Guarantee
We built Hampton to be the most valuable community for high-performing founders. We're confident in what we’ve created, and we’re willing to put money behind it.
Here’s the deal:
If after attending your first 3 Core Group sessions you don’t feel Hampton is worth it, we’ll refund your full Annual Membership fee (less the Initiation Fee).
No hard feelings, no awkward calls.
A few important details:
The $2,500 Initiation Fee is non-refundable — it covers onboarding, core group matching, and membership set-up.
You must attend three (3) full Core Group sessions.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your 3rd session.
You’ll need to complete a brief exit form.
If you opt out of being in a Core Group, you’re also opting out of this guarantee and no refunds are offered after 30 days from the start of your Membership.
This isn't designed for tourists. It’s for serious founders who are still deciding if Hampton is the right fit. If you show up, engage, and it’s not for you, we’ll make it right.
Membership Renewal
a. Members who renew their membership are entitled to a full refund of the Annual Membership Rate, less a 3% processing fee, if the refund is requested within 30 days of the renewal payment or renewal date, whichever comes sooner. This policy applies to the following scenarios: i. Members who prepay their renewal more than 30 days before the renewal date are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the payment date. ii. Members who prepay their renewal within 30 days before the renewal date are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the payment date. iii. Members who pay exactly on the renewal date are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the renewal date. iv. Members who pay during the grace period after the renewal date are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the renewal date.
