Refund Policy

New Memberships

Annual Dues

a. The Annual Membership Dues is 100% refundable within 60 days of payment (Membership Start Date) as long as the Member has attended their Commitment Call. Requests must be submitted within the first 60 days after their Membership Start Date.

Deposits 

b. 100% of any Deposit paid is fully refundable until the Membership Start Date (when the Annual Membership Dues is paid) or within 30 days of payment of the Deposit, whichever comes sooner.


Membership Renewal

a. Members who renew their membership are entitled to a full refund of the Annual Membership Dues, less a 3% processing fee, if the refund is requested within 30 days of the renewal payment or renewal date, whichever comes sooner. This policy applies to the following scenarios:

i. Members who prepay their renewal more than 30 days before the renewal date are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the payment date.

ii. Members who prepay their renewal within 30 days before the renewal date are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the payment date.

iii. Members who pay exactly on the renewal date are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the renewal date.

iv. Members who pay during the grace period after the renewal date are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the renewal date.
