About Hampton
Hampton is a private network for high-growth founders running tech-enabled companies with $3M+ in revenue.
Our members are ambitious builders scaling successful companies looking for more than just tactical advice or transactional networking. They want depth. They want peers who truly get it. They want a place where they can talk about the wins, the screwups, the quiet doubts, and the "okay... what now?"
They're scaling businesses, but they also know that their next 10x comes from growing themselves as leaders. That's why they join Hampton.
At the center of Hampton are Core Groups: small, hand-curated circles of founders who meet in person every month to work through their hardest challenges, trade unfiltered feedback, and hold each other accountable at a level that only true peers can. This is where trust is built, breakthroughs happen, and the real value of Hampton comes to life.
The Role
The Hampton Events Team organizes in person events across 18 cities. Some examples include curated dinners around topics, private boat charters, and batting practice at Fenway Park. As we double down on in person events, we're looking to take our events to the next level by creating high impact, high touch gatherings.
We're hiring a full time Event Producer to own and deliver a portfolio of Hampton's events, from intimate founder dinners to our Beyond the Boardroom speaker series.
This NYC based role sits between our Senior Event Producer and our Event Coordinator. You'll partner closely with the Senior Event Producer on the calendar and priorities, take full ownership of the events you're assigned, and help guide the Event Coordinator day to day as they support logistics across the team.
The ideal candidate combines exceptional operational precision with creative instinct. Someone who can scout the perfect rooftop venue in Chicago one day and troubleshoot AV at a Dallas founder dinner the next. You're equal parts organized producer, creative thinker, and thoughtful host.
